Zerg Section Launched on Official StarCraft 2 Website

New movie examines World of Warcraft and MMO addiction

But the dark side of MMO playing is shown in “Second Skin”, a documentary that looks at MMO addiction and the serious impact it has on someone’s real life. Jocelyn lives in California had been married to her hubby for three years when she gave him a copy of the game in December 2004. Nine months later her marriage had been destroyed by the MMO. WoW Tournament Coming

world_of_warcraft_logo.jpgBlizzard has announced plans for its first-ever “World of Warcraft” worldwide tournament with over $200,000 worth of cash to be given away to the game’s top players. The competition will begin in April and be coordinated through a series of regional qualifying rounds that will last for six weeks. At the end of the qualifiers the top four teams will advance to the regional finals for the chance to win $27,000 in cash. Read more…
